Northwest Title is an independent title agency with multiple underwriters, which allows us the flexibility to resolve title issues swiftly and effectively. We work closely with these underwriters to assure each transaction is successfully completed.

While conducting our day-to-day business at Northwest Title, we adhere to the American Land Title Association's (ALTA) Seven Pillars of Best Practices to protect clients’ privacy and non-public information (NPI), ensure that escrow funds are well-managed and secured, that title policy procedures are clearly documented and followed, proper liability insurance is maintained, and more. The ALTA Seven Pillars of Best Practices are a voluntary framework of title industry best practices which were developed in conjunction with the banking industry and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
